Promex Z Whey
Promex Z Whey was introduced to me by House Atlas, and in my opinion, it is one of the best tasting whey protein supplements I’ve had.
First, the servings come in sachets, and you purchase based on how many sachets you need. That means you can buy based on what fits your bill. No need to worry about running out of protein by end of the month or having too much that’ll probably expire. It’s pretty convenient. All you got to do is carry a few packs with you and tear open one before and after your workouts.
Another reason to love this brand is how easy it mixes! Most of us who are familiar with protein powders know that some brands are just really stubborn when it comes to mixing them. Having to shake the bottle pretty hard is a great workout for the biceps but I rather have it easy, from mixing to cleaning. The Z Whey does just that. I’m not sure what’s their magical formula but it hardly clumps up or leaves a stain.
The Promex Z Whey only comes in one flavour at the moment but it’s a flavour that we Malaysians love-Chocolate Malt! It packs 32g of protein per serving, which is plenty compared to most brands out there.
However, since the brand is fairly new, the effectiveness of the protein is yet to be tested. If you are interested to give it a try, each pack costs only RM 6. Promex Z Whey also comes in a pouch size that has 30 servings (priced at RM 158). If you want a get a hold of one, do visit their website.
